American Innovation Strikes Back: Cancer Vaccine and CAR-T Therapy Show Real Results

Breast Cancer Vaccine Passes Phase 1 with Flying Colors
This is not theoretical science. This is results. The final Phase 1 data for Anixa's breast cancer vaccine, developed in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic and funded by the U.S. Department of Defense, shows all primary endpoints were met. Protocol-defined immune responses were generated in 74% of participants. The vaccine is designed to both treat and prevent breast cancer, and Phase 2 preparations are already underway.

The news on the ovarian cancer front is just as promising. Anixa's CAR-T therapy, known as lira-cel, is being tested in a Phase 1 trial with the Moffitt Cancer Center. These are not easy patients. They are highly pre-treated, recurrent, and resistant cases who have failed conventional therapies. Despite that, the therapy is now dosing at its highest level yet, incorporating lymphodepletion for the first time.
The numbers speak for themselves:

- Four patients have surpassed one year of survival.
- The longest survivor is at approximately 28 months.

What Makes This Technology Different?
