Chinese Communist Party Weaponizes American Immigration Laws Through Surrogacy Schemes
Chinese elites are gaming America's birthright citizenship laws through an elaborate surrogacy network that threatens our national security and electoral integrity, according to explosive new research by investigative journalist Peter Schweizer.
In his latest book The Invisible Coup, Schweizer exposes how Communist China is exploiting our immigration system to create what he calls "an army of people that are going to be U.S. citizens being raised in China."
The Scheme: Buying American Citizenship
Here's how these foreign actors are undermining American sovereignty: wealthy Chinese nationals hire American women as surrogates, paying them $50,000 to $60,000 to carry their children. The babies are born on U.S. soil, automatically gaining citizenship, then shipped back to China where they're raised under Communist Party influence.
The numbers are staggering. Chinese research firms estimate roughly one million Chinese babies have been born in America over the past 13 years and are now being raised in China. That's one million future voters with divided loyalties.
One Chinese billionaire alone has fathered over 100 children through U.S. surrogacy. Senior CCP official Guojun Xuan has at least 21 children connected to him, operating from a $4.1 million mansion in California where authorities found 15 children ranging from infants to teenagers.
107 Chinese Operations in California Alone
Schweizer's investigation uncovered 107 Chinese-owned surrogacy businesses operating in Southern California alone, openly advertising these services to Chinese nationals. Companies like Star Baby Care and USA Happy Baby cater to CCP officials, government tax collectors, and executives from state-controlled enterprises.
This isn't about individual choice. This is Communist China weaponizing our own laws against us, just like they did in Hong Kong where Beijing planted 83,000 fake immigrants to manipulate elections.
A Clear and Present Danger
As Schweizer notes, these Chinese elites "offer no evidence that they reject the CCP and embrace American or Western values." They're creating sleeper citizens who could influence future American elections while maintaining loyalty to Beijing.
This represents a fundamental threat to American sovereignty. While our politicians debate border security, Communist China is literally buying American citizenship through our unregulated surrogacy industry.
The solution is clear: Congress must immediately close this birthright citizenship loophole and investigate every Chinese-owned surrogacy operation on American soil. Our Constitution wasn't written to be exploited by foreign adversaries seeking to undermine our republic from within.
